Important Information

Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

All cleaning bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once the date, time, service details and price have been agreed by Weiss Apex Cleaners and the customer.

2. Payments

Payment must be made in full on or before completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in future bookings being refused.

3. Cancellations

Customers must provide reasonable notice if they wish to cancel or rearrange a booking. Cancellations made at short notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.

4. Access To Property

The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If our cleaners cannot gain access, the booking may be treated as cancelled and a charge may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should remove valuable, fragile or personal items before cleaning begins. Weiss Apex Cleaners will take reasonable care while carrying out services, but cannot accept responsibility for items not properly secured or disclosed before the clean.

6. Cleaning Results

We aim to achieve the best possible cleaning standard. However, some stains, marks, mould, limescale, grease or long-term damage may not be fully removable depending on the condition of the area or surface.

7. Complaints

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service being completed. We may offer to revisit and correct reasonable issues where appropriate.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are not automatically provided once a cleaning service has been carried out. If there is a genuine issue with the service, Weiss Apex Cleaners will review the matter and may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

9. Liability

Weiss Apex Cleaners will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, faulty fixtures, unstable furniture or surfaces/items that are already weakened or damaged before cleaning begins.

10. Agreement

By booking a service with Weiss Apex Cleaners, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
